1. Returns

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of the original DELIVERY date.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized items

5.2 Replacement
Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
